  1. Platform Development: Developed CCMS – a centralized complaint management system.

  2. Social Media Campaign: Created educational content on Facebook & YouTube, including infographics, explainer videos, and citizen stories.

  3. Paid Promotion: Targeted campaigns to citizens aged 18-50 across Bangladesh, emphasizing complaint registration and consumer rights.

  4. Analytics & Optimization: Monitored engagement metrics, adjusted campaigns for higher conversion and reach.
